Bare-hand

Working live in the energized grid with proper face protection (first in the world).

Working in the vicinity of energized AC electrical installations. The garment can shunt currents up to 50 A without any damage for the wearer.

Fabric system
The double-sided material of this single-layer clothing is unique: The combination of silver-coated threads and a grid of steel stainless yarn shields high electric fields almost completely while the insulating of the inner surface of the fabric uncouples the metalized surface from the human body to provide previously unattainable comfort. This flame-retardant and arc protective material are resistant to multiply washing and human sweat and also has outstanding breathability.
Upper layer provides protection against thermal hazards of an electric arc and ignition caused by spark discharge.
Highly conductive band has got electric resistance not more than 0,1 Ohm/m and can shunt currents up to 35 A without any damage.
Conductive double-sided fabric is a unique material which combines two inseparable surfaces: conductive (steel-silver) and insulating (meta aramid-FR viscose). Such a combination ensures maximum protective features and optimum level of comfort during work. Electric resistance of the conductive surface of the fabric is is not more than 2 Ohm.

Conductive clothing against induced voltage and induced current
The AC Induction conductive suit functions as an additional protection in case of not proper grounding in a vicinity of energized AC electrical installations.
The AC Induction conductive suit in case of emergency may restore or create equipotentiality between conductive parts at the workplace.

AC Induction conductive suits are intended to be worn when:
Working on discharged power lines under the electromagnetic influence of the operating AC electrical installations.
Working on AC electrified railway lines including lightning protection cables, suspension metal ropes, communication wires, etc.
With using the AC Induction conductive suit the injuries caused by induced currents can steadly decrease to almost zero.
The sets provides protection against
Protection against the current shock of the induced voltage. It prevents current through the worker’s body to exceed 6 mA (the let-go limit) while the induced current flowing through.
Main feature of the set besides the inteGREATed protection set – highly conductive tape and garment
Highly conductive tape implemented to the suit has got electrical resistivity of not more than 0.1 Ohm/m and can conduct current up to 100 A for more than 2 minutes without breaking electrical continuity.
Electric resistance of the conductive garment is not more than 1 Ohm. Protection against arc flash with the ATPV level of 11 cal/cm2. Protection against harmful impact of the electric field of industrial frequency.

The basis of the Radiofrequency (RF) conductive suit is the ELECTROSTATICS inteGREATed protection
RF suits are intended to be worn when working near:
- operating radio transmitters
- antenna-feeder systems
- radio stations
- television transmitters
- cellular and satellite communication systems
- other EMI sources of 30 kHz – 60 GHz radiofrequency range.
